Dear Richard,

I'm writing to let you know that unfortunately Garrison Creek is winding down its operations, due mostly to my own declining health. We would like David Orsini to take over The Body Shop contract with your firm. David has been working with us on the job for the past several months; he is familiar with it, skilful, and very easy to work with. David will retain Kim Delaney and myself as consultants to give the project some continuity. He will be in touch with you soon to work out arrangements.
